What are credits?

You can use Credits on Cleanvid.pro, or via the API.

Removing watermark from video requires 5 credits per 30 seconds of video. Any video shorter than 30 seconds will be billed as 30 seconds.

There are no other hidden fees. You can get credits by purchasing Pay-as-you-go credits or a subscription plan.

Both Subscription and Pay-as-you-go credits are equivalent and can be used to process videos. The differences are delivery method and expiration policy.

  • Pay-as-you-go credits are added to your account immediately after purchase and valid for one year from the purchase date. They accumulate with your previous remaining balance.

  • Subscription credits are added automatically each month. Unused credits from the previous period expire and do not roll over.

If you have both types of credits, your Subscription credits will always be used first. Pay-as-you-go credits will only be deducted when your Subscription credits are insufficient.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and you will stop receiving automatic subscription credits. You can still use your remaining credits from the current billing period until its original expiration date.

Yes. You can download videos in your account without any credits. 

Your videos will be stored for 30 days from the upload date. After 30-day period, they are automatically deleted from servers (unless you manually delete them). You should download your videos before they expire, its free.
